Overall experience was exceptional. I have owned many new cars over the years and have always had them serviced at the respective dealer. This recent service at BMW Santa Barbara was by far the best customer service I have ever received. I was in and out with a BMW loaner in a matter of a few minutes at drop off, and pick-up went ever faster.
